The initial stages of therapy allows us to have a well-rounded understanding of your relationship(s) and the concerns you would like to address. We take our time getting to know you while fostering a safe and confidential space for you to feel as comfortable as possible.

Developing A Plan

Your therapy journey as a couple is not a 'one size fits all' approach - Together, you and your therapist will develop a plan that is unique to your relationship(s) and goals. We will discuss various strategies and skills you may want to explore depending on the circumstances. 

Support Along The Way

From there, we will continue to support you throughout your healing journey. We will continue progress check ins along the way to ensure you are gaining the skills and support you need while adding and/or changing our goals/plan as needed.
