Hope for Wellness (Indigenous)
The Hope for Wellness Help Line offers immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention to all Indigenous peoples across Canada. Call the toll-free Help Line at 1-855-242-3310, 24/7 or use the chat option to connect with a counsellor online.
LGBTQ+ Youthline
Ontario-wide peer-support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirited, queer and questioning young people. 647-694-4275 (chat, text and email currently available)

If you need immediate support, call now at the toll free number 1-833-456-4566. Crisis services are available 24x7x365. This phone call will be directed to the crisis center closest to you. You will not incur long distance charges for your call.
